Order Patties

Use the form below to order patties. Please specify the quantity of patties you wish to order. Minimum order is a case of 24 patties. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. You will be provided a quote on the price and you will be notified when your order is ready.

Please indicate if you want bulk pack or retail pack.
Bulk pack – patties packed in a large bag inside a box.
Retail pack – patties individually sealed 4 to a package.

Please note that Lena’s Produce Patties are currently only available for pickup or delivery (for a fee) in the Portland Oregon area.

Request Sample Tastings

Use the form below to place a request for a sample tasting for your team. Please provide dates and times when you are available and the number of team members participating. Sample tastings are scheduled M-F from 6:30pm – 8:30 pm and on weekends by appointment.

Sample tastings are available to Healthcare Professionals, Hospitality & Beverage Industry Professionals, Care Facilities, Schools, Grocers, Farm/Natural Food Buyers, and other food related professionals.

Consulting services are scheduled for Pacific Time USA: 6:30pm-9:00pm M-F and on weekends by appointment. Consulting appointments can take place in person (if located in the Portland area), or worldwide via Zoom, Face Time or by phone.
